- 1.2 kg ground pork
- 7 jumbo hotdogs
- 7 large hard-boiled eggs
- 3 large eggs
- 30 g garlic
- 180 g white onion
- 200 g carrots
- 75 g raisins
- 50 g bell pepper
- 100 g sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp cornstarch or modified starch
- 100 g grated processed cheese
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp fine salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
