Ingredients

  • 200 g dried egg noodles
  • 200 g mung bean sprouts (about 1–2 handfuls)
  • 20 g onion (about 1 medium)
  • 15 g garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 12 pieces siomai
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mirin (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 6 tbsp chili garlic oil, or to taste
  • 6 tbsp fried garlic, or to taste
  • 4 pieces calamansi
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
