Ingredients
- 200 g dried egg noodles
- 200 g mung bean sprouts (about 1–2 handfuls)
- 20 g onion (about 1 medium)
- 15 g garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 12 pieces siomai
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin (optional)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 50 ml water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 6 tbsp chili garlic oil, or to taste
- 6 tbsp fried garlic, or to taste
- 4 pieces calamansi
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
