Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- 400 g potatoes (about 2 medium)
- 300 g carrots (about 2 medium)
- 250 g bell peppers (about 2–3 medium)
- 1½ tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chicken powder
- 600 ml coconut milk
- 25 g ginger (about 1 thumb-sized piece)
- 15 g garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 20 g onion (about 1 medium)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 500 ml water
- 4 tbsp cornstarch-and-water slurry
- Sugar, to taste (optional)
