Ingredients

  • 150 g whole grain oats (50 g per jar)
  • 390 ml milk (130 ml per jar)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds (1 tbsp per jar)
  • 54 g honey (18 g per jar)
  • 3 pinches cinnamon powder (1 pinch per jar)
  • 125 g Greek yogurt, optional (about 41 g per jar)
  • About 150 g fruit of choice (50 g per jar)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, for the peanut butter version
  • 30 g mixed nuts, for the mixed nuts version

How to Make It

  1. Divide the oats evenly among 3 jars.
  2. Add milk, chia seeds, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon to each jar.
  3. Add Greek yogurt if using, then stir until evenly combined.
  4. For the classic version, top with your choice of fruit.
  5. For the peanut butter version, stir in or top with peanut butter.
  6. For the mixed nuts version, top with mixed nuts.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours, before serving.
Kubo Tip
Use jars with enough extra space for stirring and toppings. Add a splash of milk before serving if the oats become too thick.
