Ingredients

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g sugar (about ½ cup)
  • 50 g baking powder (1 small pack)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 208 g condensed milk (1 small can)
  • 140 ml evaporated milk (1 small can)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 600 ml water (about 2½ cups)
  • 110 g Pinoy cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (optional)
