Ingredients

Classic Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats (about 50 g)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (about 10 g)
  • 2½ to 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt (about 40 g), optional
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (about 18 g)
  • Small pinch of cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup milk (about 130 ml)
  • Fresh apples or other fruit, for topping

Mixed Nuts Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats (about 50 g)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (about 10 g)
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts (about 30 g)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Small pinch of cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup milk (about 130 ml)

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats (about 50 g)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (about 10 g)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (about 20 g)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Small pinch of cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup milk (about 130 ml)
  • Sliced banana, apples, or other fruit, for topping

How to Make It

Classic Overnight Oats

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and milk to a 300-ml jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir again before serving, then add fresh fruit or other toppings if desired.

Mixed Nuts Overnight Oats

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, mixed nuts, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk to a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir again before serving and add more nuts or fresh fruit, if desired.

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk to a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir again before serving and top with sliced bananas, apples, or your preferred fruit.
  5. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 to 5 days.
Kubo Tips
  • Use whole rolled oats for the best texture. Instant oats can become too soft, while steel-cut oats may remain too firm.
  • Any container with a secure lid will work if you do not have mason jars.
  • Adjust the amount of milk depending on how thick or loose you prefer your overnight oats.
  • Greek yogurt is optional, but it makes the oats creamier and adds extra protein.
  • Stir the oats well before refrigerating and again before serving so the texture is even.
  • Add fresh fruit shortly before serving for better texture and freshness.
  • Prepare several jars at once for an easy breakfast meal prep, then keep them refrigerated for up to 3 to 5 days.
