Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 400 g pineapple chunks or tidbits
  • 225 ml coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 4–5 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1½ tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1½ tbsp fish sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
